How do I book an activity?
Tap on any activity widget in the app, book it, and show up. When you arrive, scan the QR code provided using the Alma app to check in. That’s how we know you attended.
What happens if I forget to check in?
If you fail to check in using the QR code or attend, it counts as an absence and you won’t be refunded.
How far in advance can I book?
It depends on each venue's schedule and availability, but you can usually book from two weeks in advance to even the same day.
Can I cancel an activity?
Yes. Make sure to cancel on time to avoid late cancellation fees or no refund.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 6 hours before class → full refund to your Alma account.
Cancel between 6 and 1 hour before class → refund to your Alma account minus a €5 penalty.
Cancel less than 1 hour before class or don’t show up → no refund.
Where do I see the refund?
Refunds are added back to your Alma account. You can use them to book future classes.
What kind of activities can I book through the app?
Alma gives you access to all kinds of fitness and wellness activities like yoga, pilates, boxing, strength training, HIIT, dance, and more. You’ll find something for every mood and level.
Can I go to any venue listed on the app?
Yes. There are no restrictions, you can book activities at any venue available in the app.
Are the limits to how often I can go to a venue?
No. You can go to the same venue as often as you like.
Are the new venues and activities added reguralry?
Yes! We’re constantly growing and adding new venues and activities to keep things fresh.
