What kind of technical support do I get?
You’ll have direct access to our partner support team via email or phone. We’re here to help with onboarding, updates, or anything else you need.
Do I need special tech or software?
No. All you need is a laptop or computer to access your Partner Portal and display your QR code at the front desk. If you already use a booking software and need integration with the Portal, reach out to us.
Is there a contract?
We have a partnership agreement, but you can leave Alma at any time with notice.
No lock-in periods or long-term obligations.
How do I get in touch with partner support?
You can reach us at partnersupport@almaxcollective.com or hello@almaxcollective.com for anything you need. You can also reach out by phone directly to the sales team responsible for your account for any technical or general inquiries.
